Manejo de pagos por continuos servicios prestado al cliente por un Independent facilitator
El proveedor de Servicios de Gestión Financiera (FMS) pagará al Facilitador Independiente (IF) con el presupuesto de Autodeterminación del cliente después de que los servicios sean aprobados.
El Facilitador Independiente NO es un empleado del Centro Regional, sino un proveedor contratado elegido por el cliente.
1: What is SDS?

Self-Directed Support (SDS), provides support to help individuals transition into the Self-Determination Program (SDP).

This initial payment covers pre-enrollment activities like Person-Centered Planning (PCP), Spending Plan development, and finding an FMS (Financial Management Service)
2: To qualify for Self-Directed Support:

Individuals who are transitioning into SDP through a Regional Center

Those who have not yet fully enrolled in SDP but need pre-enrollment guidance.
3: How to Request SDS

Contact your Regional Center Service Coordinator.

Submit a request for Pre-Enrollment Support under SDS

Provide an invoice for approved services once the Spending Plan is finalized.

Payments are processed through the Financial Management Service (FMS).
